Right-click on the file, select 'Open With.', and then select SaralTDS eTDS Software Annual Report, RAD Developer Color Scheme, or RCSWin Job File. If one of these software packages are already installed on your PC, but it still won't work to open your RCS file, you might have to check that the file associations are correct.
